In an op-ed piece in the LA Times Charlotte Allen moans about how she hates atheists, because they’re boring.
I’m moaning about how I hate Charlotte Allen because she’s a bigot.
Charlotte Allen is also a nobody.
I can’t believe I made it all the way through that. It’s funny that she had the courage to publish her hate for the world to see, but not the courage to accept feedback or criticism by allowing comments.
I see a lot of her points in terms of atheists being a bunch of belly aching whiners, but I don’t see how an opinion piece makes her a bigot. I do too think that following any type of religion is a child-like way of alleviating responsibility but that doesn’t make me a bigot. It’s an opinion and giving it more than it is, just validates what she says. Why look for acceptance, just do your thing fuck everyone else, unless they fuck with you and point out the short comings of that type of thinking intelligently and coherently when the time asks for it.
i guess anybody who asks for a legitimate discussion is now a bigot.
I really liked this post. Can I copy it to my site? Thank you in advance.
Great post! Just wanted to let you know you have a new subscriber- me!
Must have been a really slow news day at the LA Times.
